The Beating of an Attic Shame

When the mothers all had Winston lips
There were shadows, of trigger impatience,
The angel trumpet judgement pose
Where mind overrides spirit, injures the heart

With the move along, that helps you cope
With your focus the flow, but the anxious
Is a signal to pull back to love, the echo presence
When people get offended. Your cue to say:

"Thanks for the protection but the greater good
Protects us. You can train away the runaway
Train now pulling it like a yo-yo up the mountain
Back to the alignment of the ball," the whole

You always misplace, like keys or old Keds.
Pull it back magnetically instead, I am at each
In-breath because I give all parts of me to light
And love and plan to serve for the purpose of learning

By immersion, transcendence into void.
How to make impatience the result and not the cause.
Where there's telepathy, words are a heavy ore,
Weighing the plane's trajectory down.
